      個人簡介

      博士,教授,澳門新葡官網進入副院長。主要從事抗腫瘤、抗血栓藥物的設計、合成和藥效學研究;其中針對表觀遺傳學靶點-蛋白精氨酸脫亞胺酶4(PAD4)設計并合成的抑制劑的研究文章( J. Biol. Chem., 2012, 287, 25941)他引用90余次,并且被NIH和賓州州立大學等多家學術網站報道: “work in the Journal of Biological Chemistry suggesting that stopping the action of an enzyme called PAD4 (peptidylarginine deiminase 4) sets off a chain reaction of ‘molecular switches’ in cancer cells. The effect is to switch the internal cell signals from growth to death”。根據這樣的設計技術,克服臨床上阿司匹林藥物的缺點,設計并制備了抗血栓小分子納米藥物?;谝陨涎芯?,作為項目負責人獲得科技部863青年科學家項目,國家自然科學基金委面上項目,北京長城學者項目、北京市科技新星,北京市高創計劃“青年拔尖人才”項目等十余項省部級以上項目資助,已發表SCI期刊論文67余篇(IF="228.2),第一作者或責任作者文章16篇(IF" =70.2),作為封面文章1篇,單篇他引次數最高為110余次;共申請中國發明專利340余項,其中111項授權;申請1項美國專利并獲授權;專利轉化一項,合同金額300萬。

      在教學方面,每年承擔10余門課程,平均承擔600多學時/年的教學工作,能通講本科生、研究生和留學生等8門課程。一線教學中,“藥物的波譜解析”教學堅持本科生“操作大型儀器”,“藥學技能實驗”教學中堅持“一人一套”實驗模式,“藥物化學”教學中持續教改,留學生和研究生課貫徹課程思政,這些教學實踐提高了本科生和研究生的專業能力以及社會競爭力,獲得了學生和同行的好評,于2014年獲得霍英東青年教師獎三等獎,2018年獲批北京市青年教學名師,2020年“藥物的波譜解析”獲批國家級一流課程(排名第二);針對藥學實驗中危險實驗,作為第二負責人開發虛擬仿真實驗項目60余項,均獲得軟件著作權,并申請獲批2017年國家級虛擬仿真實驗項目;主講的“實驗室安全培訓”MOOC課程以健康中國和安全生產為目標,在“學堂在線”和“學習強國”在線兩個平臺上線,其中第一次課播放量已經超過83萬次,提高了醫藥從業者和師生的安全意識、規范了安全操作,擴大了首醫影響力;基于以上教育教學工作,共獲得獲澳門新葡官網進入校級教育教學成果一等獎和二等獎各兩次(排名前二)。
